Now we go again: a new school year in Chisomo. This time but for Malawians: church leaders and staff of our partner church, the "Evangelical Baptist Church of Malawi."
On Monday we took two cars to Liwonde, where the headquarters of the Church. There all the invited candidates were appointed, so that they can then take with us to Chisomo. And this year it was long before once again that we do not have enough room for everyone in our car and drive so had three of the minibus (= public transport system) had.

This is awesome: Now 14 students are already here four already with family. In the last two years we had relatively low volumes, so we look forward very excited about the date arrived. One or two candidates are still "in transit", ie, they may still arrive here during the week. And in January, another student will come to the last year had to interrupt his training after the first trimester.
Yesterday we went to a detailed introduction like the real thing: Field work. This is so organized, so be prepared for a school field in time, but on the other hand, the group will quickly because the end of the first week the class representatives are elected. Dust, Work and a lot of gossip is guaranteed a good knowledge and the different characters are easily visible.
Thanks for your prayers for "our boys", for their good settling in and a good start of the teaching from next Monday.
